~ 1:33:20.XX - Goes wrong way on the AB exit, proceeds wrong way on ab, resulting in me braking, loosing control and hitting him.

~ 1:35:31.XX - Speeds on the AB for no apparent reason, no sirens or lights on.

● Description of incident/Reason for report: Breaking road laws and causing accident as a COP. As a side note, his general driving also seems very poor and he tends to crash easily.
