Money making/Losing InSim !

i personally think that the insim shoudnt be ripping off money for speeding, but for crashing people( as the insurance would do), fuel (as a real car), damage (as a real car) and just fines when cops caught you. this would make this server realistic on a whole new level. this would make the driving of people better, probably way better because if you crash much you will be auto-banned (-5000cash) and so you cant just be very rich, and careless driving. as there are some very rich people on this server.
