Main reason(s): Extreme ramming with no sign of remorse, refusing to stop or listen, many people complaining, ramming people so hard they get busted, refusing a refund, toxic guy that somehow still is on this server and even has a COP license which he obviously abuses by ramming people broken for money.

Haugen has rammed me on Server Two (still Kyoto by then) earlier today and is now ramming the shizz out of everyone on a crowded Server One on South City, as a COP also wrong siding with lack of remorse to anyone just brutally ramming everything and anyone without apologising and without refund his unlawfully earned money.
