That was just a normal pit manoeuvre which could've been better but it certainly isn't a punishable act. The second incident included you ploughing through a roadblock, the cop did nothing wrong. The chase, in general, was pretty rough on both sides (you and the COPs) so I won't be taking any action to stay as fair as possible. Nothing major happened so this report wasn't really needed.
