Did you review the replay yourself before you reported them?

Also, why is it upto me to decide who you are reporting? Because according to your first post, every single person in that 'incident' was at fault.

Each of them slowed down for the chase, the reason there was an accident was due to lag from Dino/Ehet, they were slowing down aswell. If you reviewed the replay yourself, you would have seen this.
