This refund request is being looked into. Please be patient.
Whilst you where standstill at the junction, the car was in view (regardless of the speeding aspect) and one final glance to your right before pulling out, you would have seen the vehicle. Therefore you are at fault. I did not see you say sorry to the other guy (but I am guessing you may have a bit later on). |
