Whilst you where standstill at the junction, the car was in view (regardless of the speeding aspect) and one final glance to your right before pulling out, you would have seen the vehicle.

Therefore you are at fault. I did not see you say sorry to the other guy (but I am guessing you may have a bit later on).

I know that a final look could have stopped the crash but I couldn't see him from first person because the little hill climb that he went up stopped my view a little bit.

After I left and rejoined to make a new replay, I said sorry to him. Still I think that if Angel had thought about it, the other guy was speeding so it would have been hard to stop no matter what and hard to see him from that distance.
