He did hit your door but I would not count this as overly excessive force. Had he been at a better angle then that would be a perfectly fine PIT manoeuvre, it was only because you started turning while he lined up for a PIT that it caused him to hit your door. Plus the fact that this was done at full throttle worsened the impact.

Furthermore, you were a very unstable setup, so don't be so surprised if your car was to flip because of an incident like that. This was not intentional and more of a mistake to me.
