Description of incident (inc date & time): i was driving around the track when I noticed the person drifting around the RB and pretty much blocking the traffic. Then he bumped into me because he wanted to stop and blocked pretty much the whole road. After I have warned him that drifting is a bannable offence, he started being quite rude and disrespectful. Warning him twice, he kept on doing what he was doing and wasnt paying any attention. This incident happened at around 13:20 UK time, on 10/03/2016.
