From here on, I ask the user to "STOP", yet they carry on and say "chase".

Description of incident (inc date & time):

The user stunts during a chase and uses that to gain "Unfair advantage". I ask the user to "STOP" many times, yet they ignore that and carry on.

I ask the user if they've read the rules after I lost the suspect:

His answer was "Yes". Not sure if Eki is saying the truth, but if he has read the rules, clearly he should be aware of this and should've stopped.
