Description of incident (inc date & time):
First of all he start to Harass cops , 2.1. Do not harass police officers. , by trying to block road and driving ww , his action cause anther driver to rear ended me and that driver didn't even apologize , after that he follow the chase and said no follow but u can see in replay that he was trying to follow but he couldn't keep up.
