The ping you were running at the time was causing you to jump around a bit, this can be seen in the reactiveness of contact in your brake checking, If posted a comp for the fine i would've given you I would gladly comp it without contest, as replay shows the lagless view.

None the less the chase is justified as you attempted to run, insted of accepting the fine and posting a fine compensation report.
