-Fix: Nicknames in logged tickets (Last 50 tickets) were corrupted
-Fix: While issuing a ticket, multiple clicks on "Chase cancel" could sent multiple "xxx left the chase" messages

-Chg: Winch- and speedtrap-battery now showing one decimal
-Chg: Winch- and speedtrap-battery do no longer lose charge while pitting or speccing
-Chg: Winch- and speedtrap-battery do recharge themselves outside a safe-zone at 1/10 the normal rate. So inside SZ=1 minute to charge, outside SZ=10 minutes
