Description of incident (inc date & time): in chase with this guy and he keeps on brake checking me, so at the end of the chase i see him make a u-turn so i block the road on one direction and he just side rams me. at 2:35-2:45 AM +3:00 GMT, 25/12/2016 dd/mm/yyyy

 
