5:30 - He braking in front of my car and i'm move and he move me and crash
5:50 - He ramming me again without reason
6:21 - He gave me a fine of $ 200 without any reason and to clarify
6:44 - Moved without an answer to my question
Description of incident (inc date & time): It was today ( 07:30 PM ) about 16:30 (UK TIME ) I was trying to talk with him but he didn't answer at all.

 
