Description of incident (inc date & time): 3:15 GMT

- Complete disregard for road laws / server laws when playing as a med. I believe you are to follow the road laws when playing as a med and not in pursuit which he is clearly not.

- Ramming other innocent road users too around 3 mins into replay

 
