Although PainB may have turned into you, there was a legitimate reason to - to avoid the barrier in front of him. Now, whether or not he deliberately planted his car in the middle of the road to use the barrier as an excuse to turn into you, I do not know. And we cannot assume that he did either.

Based on the evidence, PainB should have at least apologised for the incident because he clearly turned into you. Again, whether it was deliberate or not I do not know, but there should have been a 'sorry' in this case.

PainB will receive a confirmable warning for not apologising for the incident.
