Hello,

Corey, you have followed a suspect (Interfered in a chase) while the cop/suspect asked you not to. That's one. Two, you have overtook the other chase which was right before the bridge and also crashed Frozen into the barrier (because you didn't move for SIRENs) and caused his chase to end.
