Main reason(s): Wrong way on autobahn during chase, ramming[CSR] Kiwie #02, and drifting the roundabout.

Date : 12/7/17
Time: Roughly 11:20am [UTC+1]

Basically, this person rammed [CSR]Kiwie, (a pit manoeuvre) and I chased him for it. He then failed to stop and I called backup, up to 4 cops. Then he went around the roundabout as usual and preceded to drive up the autobahn. We PIT manoeuvred him a few times, and then he decided to drive the wrong way up the autobahn, until we lost the chase, i'll admit I got a bit annoyed and exclaimed in chat "WHY ARE YOU WRONG WAYING ON AUTOBAHN" but there was no reply until he "escaped" the chase. He then got an auto-spec for wrong way I think. He then said "why" as a reply to asking him to not go wrong way. He said that he doesn't know the rules, to which I said, "read em". I was in a rush as my FZ5 had roughly 2km left before it broke down, otherwise I would have given him the link to the rules.
