Lag in chases, i think if your lag pwn's your suspect so they cannot move, or they got oob or whatever.
Bust them, Fine them and refund them it, or atleast most of it keep like $50, thats usually how i go, i think thats fair i mean $50 isnt even a lap around the track lol |
