It was absolutely his fault, he should have apologized at least. He can't expect that people, who don't even know where he want to go, will do full stop in fraction of a second.
In future, please report such situations to online admins. There were 3 of them at the moment. They can deal with such people much quicker and more effective. shadowfast received confirmable warning for his actions. I also reminded to him to show some respect to others and not repeat pointless "ok" when someone is trying to contact him. Action has been taken as described
