In future, please include correct timestamp(s). It happend at 38:08.

To be honest, I don't think it was intentional ramm. I watched his driving in replay a bit more and I noticed he had quite big problems with controlling his car. He was probably using gamepad and maybe he accidently turned left into you.
From what I saw earlier in this replay, he probably had his "thx" bind next to "sry/np" bind. I believe he meant to apologize after crash but pushed wrong button.

saassi received confirmable warning for causing crash and failing to apologize for it.
