-Chg: New optional parameters for !money [money|session|day|week|month|year]
-New: Home-Menu: Private car deals feature. Users can list their cars for sale (offers will be shown on TC World)


Explanation of the new function:



Update to the garage view.


Car is currently not for sale. Click on it to change.


If you know how much you want, enter the price (e.g. 500), otherwise enter 0 (zero) to let other's make you an offer. If you enter nothing and click OK, the car
will no longer be listed as for sale.


Example: Car for sale for 500€


All your cars you want to sell are now listed under http://world.city-driving.co.uk/?page=classifieds

Please note:
- There is currently no automatic system to make offers or contact a seller. You must talk to them in-game.
- Your cars won't go anywhere. As a seller, you have to send the car to a buyer manually.
