Dee definitely wasn't in the ideal position for a two car box here, but the force used was not excessive. It looked like he was just trying to use the wall to block you in. Perfectly valid move if done correctly.

Definitely could have waited a bit longer here, but again you ever so slightly clipped the barrier. I would advise Dee to be a little bit more careful of where he performs his maneuvers but this wasn't a big deal here.

You applied the brakes with cops closely behind you. It's also your job to make sure that you have space to apply full brake pressure. If there are cops closely behind you, don't expect them to stop in an instant. Instead, slow down gradually and they will allow space, or continue straight ahead.

With the time stamps you have provided I found that none of Dee's actions were breaking the rules.
