He refunded you the money which was lost due to your kick - what's the issue? You was speeding so you should've stopped sooner, you had plenty of time to stop but you chose not to.

Ras kicked you because you failed to follow his request. This was also appropriate and I don't see an issue.

Charlie, Ras and I were all in-game and action was taken, so why are you posting here also? It's been sorted, so I'm not taking any action.
