Description of Incident (Include Timestamps):

39:05: RexeP is being chased. When another chase approaches he decides to fully steer into me on purpose causing a head-on collision with me. He clearly moves his steering wheel into the incoming traffic to cause the accident.

After speaking to him about this incident, he chose to ignore me. He did not even bother to apologize for his actions.
