** Note 1: Changes to the chase-system mean changes to a very central part of
TC CityDriving. It is quite possible that the new version, despite tests,
still contains errors. If you stumble upon bugs, please report them via Discord
or the forum. In critical cases, please contact an admin privately.

** Note 2: The progressive backup system allows additional backup slots after
1min / 3mins / 6mins. (Exception: HwA units may call the 1st backup immediately)
The new parameters are preliminary and may change in future.
