0:36.28 : the guy sees the sirens but he doesn't stop, he keeps driving normally. also, he almost made a cop lose the suspect by hitting him.

17:45 : the guy has seen the sirens, but he fails to slow down again, making me crash while he was overtaking. I lose the chase because of him, and instead of accepting his mistake and apologizing, he says "wtf".
