Description of Incident (Include Timestamps):
-1:00:05: He pits me which is within the rules, but then he continues accelerating with my car across his front and rams me into the barrier. He made no attempt to slow down or turn to avoid the barrier.
-1:03:15: He tries to ram me into the barrier but fails and PITs himself.
-1:05:25: He tries again to ram me into the barrier but actually succeeds this time.

His actions go against rule 5.4 regarding acceptable force, if you skim through the rest of the chase you can see him constantly trying moves similar the ones listed above.

He blamed my ping when I tried to talk to him after the chase, but even if I did have extremely high ping it wouldn't have made a difference in the situations I mentioned. However ping was actually only 30ms higher than his as you can see from the screenshot.
