It's a small majority. People are almost split in the poll. Not to mention far from everyone has actually voted. So the polls are not necessarily giving the right image of what should be done. Honestly it would be more useful to see the outcome if more than 41 players voted.

Usually, the reason why there aren't two different track configs on server One and Two is because one will be very empty and as such no fun for the people who like it. Need traffic to enjoy city driving. The same way opening the track to traffic would empty out most of the industrial area. That's why the solution was to have both options in the track rotation schedule.
