Further details: I was driving around at the speed limit and drove past Plumify who pulled back onto the track but seemed to almost swerve in my way to make me crash. I scraped the barrier passing him but then Plumify accelerated as fast as possible and hit the back of my car which caused me to hit a barrier and fly out of bounds.

Looking at the replay though this user is playing as if it was a crash server. They are constantly crashing into barriers/walls/others on purpose which can be seen from the replay.

There was no apology or anything and this was clearly intentional...
