Description of Incident (Include Timestamps):
I was cruising a little above normal driving speed. Two people block the road by stopping for a long time, closing a lane of the road and speaking at local (I think).It might have been more appropriate for them to speak by going to the Safe Zone or parking areas.
Although I crashed, I apologized, but he asked me for pay, and when im did not, he reported me.
I thought it was a joke (i said "just report hehe"), but when I check URS, I saw him reporting.
