Description of Incident (Include Timestamps):

Might be worth getting a brew for this one before starting. Apologies in advance for length.

4:42 - I see Sonic coming into the medical area at high speed on the map, he sees me and immediately slams on.
4:47 - I turn around to follow him, he's already turning around to follow me at this point.
5:12 Chase begins as he's driving carelessly.
6:55 Sonic hits M6nshh with seemingly zero regard given and continues driving accepting M6nshh taking responsibility, which isn't exactly fair but okay - he's not bothered.
7:50-7:55 two very close calls with oncoming cars.
8:03 - attempted pit, became quite clear ping could present an issue.
8:50 - Sonic bounces out of the tree line after understeering badly (suggesting steering damage)
9:03 I don't even have words for that really, I suspect the player is new though (perhaps a confirmable just to remind them of sirens?)
10:01 another attempt at a pit
10:07 brake check
10:11 like I just rammed him (seriously?)...
10:22 another brake check.
10:24 dips in, I think he's going into the car park.
10:25 Oh, okay - he's ramming me now.
10:55 Not actually 100% sure a chase can enter here but it's not a race area, any clarification on that would be appreciated.
12:31 Smugface from me as I've raised the suspension on my setup for WE so that I can get over here.
12:36 I've never actually been in here before,
12:36.94 I realise he's reversing without looking (panicking to get out) - off throttle, onto brakes.
12:39 At this point I'm on his door, he's not really moving (and clutch sounds like it's slipping) so I think "Okay I can pin him against the wall there for a bust".
12:40 He brakes with another "?" like what I'm doing is catagorically unbelievable in a pursuit situation
12:41 He's got some traction but at this point I've got more force towards a solid object
12:46 Wheels that aren't in the air cannot move.
12:47 Busted

Here's where it gets interesting...
12:48 - "wtf?" - clear violation of 1.7
12:57 - "what the hell are you doing?"
13:00 - I told him using appropriate force to bring the pursuit to a halt, which I feel is fair. If this is excessive please let me know though I personally felt it was reasonable given risk to other players and attempted off-roading to evade a lifted car.
etc. etc. - tells me I can't do that etc.
13:37 "its definitely a ram"
13:51 - says "then could I report you?"
13:54 - I attempt to explain what ramming is.
14:02 - I said he can go for it if he wants to report me.
14:07 - Me: "I'm sorry you feel that way, but I don't feel there was anything wrong there."
14:14 - He spectates, leaving me in an area I've never been before.
14:33 - saves replay, posts in chat.
17:55 - I get out...he's sat in the pits not going anywhere.
18:10 - I leave the pits, he suddenly wants to move once I do.
18:11 - WOT (wide open throttle) towards me for most of the following four seconds.
18:18 - Nearly rear ends me as I stop to look left (poor FOV + the fence).
18:22 - Immediately goes WW, I smell 2.1.
18:31 - Speeding, ww...2.1 continued.
18:37 - I tell him not to provoke me as it's unnecessary.
18:39 - Immediately slams on.
18:47 "Do your job then" - blatantly 2.1
19:05 I say "Sorry what?" kind of along the lines of I was going to point out that it's a rule.
19:11 He asks if I'm a cop
19:12 - 2.1 continues...
19:21 - I tell him it's against the rules
19:38 - "im just driving ~ idc what you think"
19:53 - he asks if I'm afraid to chase?
19:57 - Continues to follow me.
19:59 - I go to chase Valde
20:02 - He's immediately back in my vision, I'm not chasing him as he's provoking and generally being unpleasant.

At this point, I just thought "y'know what, not worth it."- I was there thinking if he reports me, well, I don't really think I did anything wrong when it comes to how the pursuit went or how it ended.

20:34 says he'll report me "tonight". Crickets.
20:40 "Please do, I want to see it. " from me as, well, I did. Realistically I don't think I did something (if anything) massively wrong.
20:41 - stops...again. Trying to provoke for illegal parking or just typing. Tough call but I leave it as he's just trying to get a chase.
20:47 - I go to drive around, he's immediately back driving again.
20:56 "this cop is afraid to chase again lol"
21:03 - drives and then drifts towards me. Attempted intimidation?
21:09 - Could've sworn I felt FFB move.
21:15 - I pit to get away from him again.
21:19 - mysteriously pits again.
21:23 I tell him I'm not rising to him as he's blatantly trying to provoke me in the hopes that he'll find something better to do.
21:29 - At this point I'm quietly thinking I might just disconnect.
21:40 - continuously trying to say I'm scared of him or whatever.
21:49 - I pointed out I'm that afraid that I chased and busted him.
21:53 - "with ram"
21:56 - "do it again if you can?"
21:57 - I ask if it was actually a ram
22:02 - back at it again, driving at me WOT.
22:05 - sees I stop, he stops.
22:21 - I go to leave, he goes to leave.
22:23 - Calls me a pussy and drives into my car. - 1.1 and 1.7.
22:37 - I reverse back into the sz box.
~J suggests calling an admin. I say don't worry about it.
23:00 - I point out he's hit me twice and insulted me among other things.
23:02 - Immediate "I do not even touch you"...uh huh.
23:07 - Our lord and saviour Kentwolf tells him to take it to the forum.
23:09 - "Are you crying or chasing ?" - 1.1
23:34 - He asks again. -1.1
23:47 - I'm seriously considering quitting at this point as I don't want to have to deal with this. I don't come on LFS for this, so I ask him to go to the forum.
23:53 - "No balls to chase again" - 1.1
24:00 - Comes into SZ drifting around me and continues drifting. Drives around Angel (AFK)
24:27 - around me.
24:33 hits DFR - Sorry bind.
24:44 - this, in my view, is continued 2.1 and/or 1.1
25:25 - "no balls to chase again"
25:30 - "Just talking and crying"
25:43 - Ludo even spots he's harrassing me and tells him to stop.

At this point I saved the replay, so only chat highlights from here.
Kentwolf explains that he doesn't have anything against him but harrassing people isn't tolerated.
South: "So i dont care i just ask for another chase" "and he got no balls to do" "crying till then" "do your job or dont" "easy"
I say "Fine I'll be a forum user - catch you guys later"
South: "Cya loser" - absolutely unneccessary.

I stay on to see how far he'll go at this point, pure for this.

"he cant even chase like a man" - 1.1, again. It was a cute effort but really?
"no gots" - assume he means guts?
"just cry like a little baby"

Kentwolf tries to reason with him.
"He is just coward" ~ "and I like to bully him" - admits 1.1...
