Date of Incident: 28 may as per forum time
Time of Incident: around 3:20 forum time ([correction] might be 4:20 but it was within half hour of writing this post)

Description of Incident (Include Timestamps):
25:10.00 Pwad lost a chase with kroom and I called him nubi as a joke because Kroom is an experienced player and I was certain that pwad cannot catch him

27:30.00 He lost chase again I said "nubi go training" which is an ongoing joke a lot of players say to each other when someone messes up.

27:50 He uses swear words and get fined for which I taunt him by saying nubi again. In retrospect this is my mistake and shouldn't have done that.

29:50 He waits for me at the bridge and maybe talks something with Abo in local and initiates a chase while I was doing chill driving.
He fines me 150$ for dangerous driving and says say it again or something in local. I cant see local chat in replay but it was something along those lines.


I think he violated cop rules and was not respectful of the gameplay by fining me for no reason. I have had previous altercations with pwad and he has fined me before for no reason for which I have submitted successful refund request but I am not sure if he has recieved any warnings yet. This happens very frequently with him and I think he should not be a cop as he is abusing his powers. Please look into this player's behavior.
I also want a refund for this case. Should I make a seperate refund thread?
