Description of Incident (Include Timestamps): Using team skin, Using horn4 as civ swearing in-game ( avoiding swear filter)

When I first enter the game, the user was using a skin that clearly show "[RDSR]" on top of the fz5 (00:00-02:34), afterward, once I told him to change the skin he was driving around with horn4, after talking to him, he decided to be childish and carrying on using horn4 as a civ although I told him to stop. and basically just childish and don't listen to anything I said to him hence this report.

when I came back from saving a replay (2nd replay) the first thing I saw him doing was just start swearing and ask me to " suck his cock" as shown in both replays 1 and 2.
