Well, transporting prisoners or organs and patients is a good idea, but not for every cop and med cus it makes chaos. In real life there are transport ambulances and transport police vans, so player could be one of them, but then, he will not be able to respond sos calls, and chase if prisoner is onboard. I think its a good way to do it. And yes, irl transport ambulances use sirens when transporting organs and blood, always. When transporting patients, sometimes, depends.
About multiple deliveries, totally yes Multiple pickup, no cus its not realistic |
