Description of Incident (Include Timestamps): First of all he was in chase and he get busted I think he was so mad I tried to flip him and I did after that we go to the pitstop , Here 1:48:14 he reverse into me maybe by mistake and he didn't apologize, I chased him and i fine him 150 after that he reverse into me again and then run , Here 1:51:27 He did some lag and then run to the other way even that he wasn't lagging before and after ? , in second MPR : After that by 10 minute he did Insult me
