If you want more people to weigh in an admin can create a pole thread and post the link as an ad on the server like was done in the past for the old BL to encourage people to vote.

But honestly your argument that because there's a low number of votes the result doesn't mean anything is pathetic. Some variation of this suggestion has been made numerous times in the past and not a single time did the majority favor to leave BLTD as it is across both servers.
