Version 5.82
-Fix: "!sethome clear" now works everywhere
-Upg: !winch [username] command does also support the username as parameter now
-Upg: Winching range increased from 8m to 10m
-Upg: !help [category | command] does now also support the command as parameter. E.g. "!help !donate"
-New: Light vehicles (<=600kg) may now be flipped with help of other players (200kg per helper) *see Notes
-New: !flip command to help players to flip their car

Notes on flipping:
- !getup works with all light vehicles (<=600kg) as it did with bikes before
- Vehicles <=200kg can be flipped alone (incl. all bikes, regardless of weight)
- Vehicles <=400kg require one additional helper
- Vehicles <=600kg require two additional helpers
- Helpers have to use the !flip command to help
- An icon will also be shown to close cars if a car in need of help is in view (100m)
