Notes: The new text channel system allows messages send by Insim to be filtered
and modified based on user-preferences. Not all messages use this new system
yet, but they will be successively shifted to the new system when needed.
E.g. cop & chase related messages can be very spammy to outstanding players.
This system is highly flexible and extensible so that further additions can
be done very quickly.

However, this makes logging a lot more difficult as messages do no longer appear
in the host's chatlog, since they are no longer just sent to "everyone", but
to every player separately.

Also note: They may be text-related bugs, like weird or double prefixes.Please report those.
