Reminder to both to always use English in the main chat.

I agree this user has been insulting contrary to Rule 1.1.

This user has previously been warned for his antics in the chat, and within said warning, he was informed that he may be banned if he is not more careful in the future - this was only 3 days ago.

However, one day ago, his licence was revoked and it was commented that he insulted a suspect.

Despite his warning, this user has since repeated similar behaviour more than once within a short period of time (when his licence was revoked and in the above report).

He will be banned for 5 days.
