I can confirm that ivorenzo has (more than once) used force against you prior to fail to stop. #2: At 29:03, reporter uses too much force against ivorenzo. Reporter has received a warning for this. Some of your timestamps against ivorenzo are concerning, with way too much and/or uncalculated force being applied. His cop rights have been revoked. He will require basic training to regain them. Action has been taken as described
