Description of Incident (Include Timestamps):
At about 6:05 (21:05:50 gmt) into the MPR I noticed the car that was far ahead of the chase was suddenly within catchup range. I used the !Move command shortly after that. Noticing his speed was increasing with ours, used !move again by the pit area before the braking zone (6:14) As we approached the bus stop before the corner (6:20) i used move several times then and this person still failed to move and came into contact with the suspect being chased (6:23).

After the chase came to an end due to an unfortunate mistake (10:27) I was towed and drove back to the pits where i contacted Turboblaster to try and educate him on moving for chases (12:05) From that point, he not only would admit any fault but claimed he "didn't see us" and we were "following him" when we all know SIREN was on his screen, not to mention the multiple !Move used. He then went off to saying "don't talk to me" and blocked msg.
