The first incident is debatable - he did not have time react, and applying his brakes at the point he saw you would unlikely have made a difference. Otherwise, I agree with everything else that you have mentioned - it appears intentional as this user veers into the bikes after seeing them on the floor. Even though the bikes were already on the floor, it is still intentional ramming.

Given this user's relatively clean history and short overall playing time, he will receive a confirmable warning this time around.
