As Josh also answered above, I think the business owning idea would not fit the cops and robbers and city driving purpose of the server. Besides the complexity and lots of work on the insim side, new additions for jobs or vehicles should aim to enhance those cop&robber and citydriving aspects.

It's not as complex as you think if you take a minute to read how it works also insim side it's not really a big job to add this to the server. As for the idea not fitting in with the cops and robbers aspect we can all agree that we are limited in that field and you could say the same thing about every other job that is not cops & robbers focused which would be every job right now. Think of this idea as a stepping stone towards the bank robbery feature
