-New: Renting overhaul (user to user car sharing)
-Chg: MOT system removed

Renting overhaul:
- All rented cars are now real cars with their own VIN, etc.
- Rented cars produce income
- All private owned cars can be configured to be available to other users and different prices.
To make it clear: You can now make use of the cars you barely use yourself, by allowing others to drive them.
- The TC Dealer keeps a backup of 2 vehicles per type, however, user-to-user renting is the desired goal
- In garage screen, you can select the car you want to use. Own cars or rented ones.
- The TC dealers offers cars at 1.5x the normal rent-price. It's up to users to fill in the market and compete with prices.
- Rent KMs are measured in wear, not driven metres. High temps increase the wear, crashing increases the wear.
- Rent payments are no longer taken from cash, but from bank account after the rent session has ended (60-90s after)
- Rent earnings work the same way. You will see incoming bank transactions.
- Detailed renting stats are available soon.
- Rent prices are fixed at beginning of the rent session. Any changes by the owner while driving will be ignored.
- Setting prices for Teams is not yet supported as the management-website isn't done yet

There may be bugs. Please report them and don't exploit them.
