KooKoo had a valid police reason to stop there, as he pulled away you moved into the left lane, braked, hit the horn and cut him off, squeezing him into the traffic light and barrier. You had absolutely no reason to do this apart from deliberately causing a confrontation. You actually cut into his lane to cause the crash, if you had continued normally he would have merged behind you and there would have been no problem.

You went in search of a problem, you can only be angry at yourself when it backfires. Do not waste our time with pointless reports.
