After carefully watching the entire replay and with some internal discussions, it's clear that both dark01 and suskun068 fail to drive their vehicles with any kind of care or concern for other players. Both players caused multiple crashes and near-misses while excessively speeding in the wrong lane. This style of gameplay where players full-speed down a busy road trying to weave through traffic is troublesome, especially when the players don't have the necessary skills or car control to do so.

The replies to this thread are also quite informative, instead of trying to apologize or show regret for their actions they instead attempt to blame the reporter. Taking into consideration both players' previous URS history, for the reasons above:

dark01 has been banned for 240 days.
suskun068 has been banned for 14 days.
