Description of Incident (Include Timestamps):
15:20 to 15:40
Once I lasered !Barann (dark01) and proceeded to chase him, !Toprak was following him close. !Toprak suddenly (and purposely) slew down inside the tunnel of Paddock Tunnel Way, to 30kph, on the corner where there's walls and barriers, while !Barann escaped.
I slammed the brakes, but he never managed to go away and let me pass - he also waited for me when I was a bit stuck, due to brakes being slammed.

Once I chased him to talk, he said he doesn't like to go speed (which he did earlier with !Barann...), and never apologised nor did he understood what he did. (unfortunately, I didn't have chatlogs or screenshots, it was a !l chat)
I know he's already banned, but I had to report him for this.
