Hello,
Looking at the replay, it's safe to say the fine was justified. Quote:4.9.b A cop may only initiate a chase for offences he has actually witnessed from his car, except where laser evidence is available. 69mob, from their perspective, could see you brake checking Kuroo. Therefore, this refund request will be denied.
